The optional business-days mode excludes Saturdays and Sundays, making it useful for rough SLA, leave, invoice, and delivery estimates before you apply country-specific holidays. Calendar-month output counts completed natural months, while exact day output gives the raw interval. Leap years, month boundaries, reversed date order, and daylight-saving transitions are handled in the browser. Your dates are not uploaded.

Treating completed calendar months as simple day-count division. Month output follows calendar boundaries, not days divided by 30.
