What this tool does

A free image host for getting a public, permanent direct link to a picture in one step. Drag a PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP onto the page (or pick several at once), and each one comes back with a direct URL plus three ready-to-paste snippets: Markdown for a README or blog, an HTML <img> tag for a web page, and BBCode for a forum post. Links are kept for 30 days and load from the host's CDN-style endpoint, so you can drop them into a GitHub issue, a Reddit comment, a Notion page, or a forum signature without standing up your own storage. Every upload is checked by its real file bytes (not just the extension), capped at 8 MB, and given a random unguessable address, so the host stays a place for sharing single images rather than a browsable gallery. Your link history is saved in this browser so you can copy a URL again later without re-uploading.

How Image Host fits into your work

Use it while preparing images for websites, stores, social posts, forms, or handoff packages.

Image jobs

  • Getting images to the right size, format, or weight before publishing.
  • Checking privacy-sensitive EXIF and metadata before sharing a photo.
  • Creating publish-ready variants without uploading private assets.

Image checks

  • Resize to the real display size before compressing.
  • Review transparency, animation, and color profile changes after conversion.
  • Strip or review metadata when the image contains private context.

Good next steps

These links move the current task into a more complete workflow.

  1. 1 Base64 Image Converter Image ⇄ Base64 — drag-drop PNG/JPG/WebP/SVG, get data URI for CSS / HTML / Markdown. Open
  2. 2 Image to PDF Image to PDF — combine JPG, PNG & WebP into one PDF, drag to reorder, pick A4/Letter/fit-to-image, 100% in your browser. Open
  3. 3 SVG to PNG Converter Rasterize SVG to PNG in your browser — custom size, 1×/2×/3× HiDPI scale, true transparent background, never uploaded. Open

Real-world use cases

  • Put a screenshot in a GitHub issue or README

Drag a screenshot in, copy the Markdown snippet, and paste it straight into an issue, pull request, or README. The image loads from a direct link, so it renders everywhere Markdown does without committing a binary to the repo.

  • Share an image on a forum or Reddit

Upload the picture and copy the BBCode or direct link. Forums that accept image URLs (or Reddit comments) show it inline without you needing your own host or an account on a heavyweight image site.

Common pitfalls

  • Uploading private screenshots or documents — anyone with the link can view them.

  • Expecting links to last forever; they are removed after 30 days.

  • Trying to upload an SVG or a renamed non-image file, which is rejected.

Privacy

Images you upload are public to anyone holding the link and are stored on the Toolora server for 30 days, then deleted. The address is random and unlisted but not secret. Your list of links is kept only in this browser's local storage. Do not upload private, sensitive, or copyrighted images.
