Forgetting heating is a seasonal lump sum, not monthly. ¥28/㎡ on 100 ㎡ is ¥2,800 for the whole season, not per month. Let the tool spread it over 12 months (≈¥233/mo) so your budget is not off by 11x.
Entering one parking rate when you have two cars or rent an extra spot. The garage line is a single figure; if a spot is ¥400 and you have two, enter ¥800, otherwise your monthly total is understated by a full parking fee.
