Assuming business days subtract public holidays. They only skip Saturdays and Sundays. Holidays are flagged for context but still counted, because holiday calendars vary by country and employer.

The date and time you enter are never sent to a server and nothing about your countdown is logged. The one thing to know: the shareable URL encodes your chosen date and time in the query string (for example ?d=2026-12-25), so if you paste a share link somewhere, the destination's access log will record that date. For most plans that is harmless, but if the date itself is private, copy the summary text instead of sharing the URL.
